Time to try out shaving like a MAN.
The Merkur razor seems a little shorter than I thought it would be, but the weight is nice. Will report later this weekend.

are they painful to wear? or something?

Very.

They look very harmless but the aligners pull quite a bit on the teeth. The discomfort in the first ~3 days of each new set is pretty bad. I had to stick to very soft foods and my appetite in general was suppressed. I have to remove the retainers to eat but removing them in those first few days feels like you’re trying to rip out your teeth.

After a week it eases up but then it’s just another week or a few days before you pop in the next set of aligners. A constant cycle of pain.

30 weeks of Invisalign later and my teeth are straight with a more appealing shape to them.
Set 1 of 15 up top, set 15 of 15 on the bottom. Now to work through 3 months of wearing the same aligners.

I definitely wouldn’t mind waking up like this. Bright, open view window with a lemon tree near my bed.
It would probably help me get out of bed before 10am.
