Gary Vaynerchuk @ the 2010 Railsconf Keynote

Gary on the thank you/giving a fuck economy. The video is a little over an hour long but the content in his speech is invaluable if you’re looking to become an entrepreneur or work on improving your business practices. This man is a visionary when it comes to harnessing the power of the Internet to grow your business/brand. His secret? Caring. And a lot effort.

Fun fact: Gary lived in Edison, NJ which is close to where I live now. Gary is also my idol and the reason I started this blog.
