iPhone tip: A quicker potrait mode lock
If you find yourself laying in bed with your iPhone and would like the screen to stay locked in portrait mode, simply:
Double click the “Home” button
Swipe your finger to the right to reveal iPod controls and the portrait lock
Ta-da!

A little update
Got back from my vacation from Las Vegas/California yesterday and enjoyed me some birthday cake and vanilla gelati from Rita’s Ice. SUPER tasty and highly recommended!

NYTimes: Stretching before a run doesn't do jack!

According to a study done by USA Track and Field, static stretching (holding stretches for a lengthy period) before a run did not prevent nor induce injury.
